This review is long overdue so forgive me. This business has the 'perfect balance' of amazing employees with Excellence in business practices.
I have relied upon this business for screening my tenants for over 10 Years without one single mistake.
I realize background checking is available online--- but this company has pointed out things and discovered issues which I have come to trust and rely upon in making my tenant choices..each time they have all;

This company took a week to send in a report for an apartment rental while their competitor to 24 hrs. I went with the other apartment thank goodness because when they did send the report it had erroneous information on it. They did correct it but the damage was done. They were very courteous when I called but they are reckless.

ACRANET is a credit reporting agency that provides Tenant Screening, Employment Screening, Mortgage reporting services and Commercial services. Their clients range from employers to landlords to Banks. The two reviews on here seem to be from people that are frustrated that they were listed as landlord references from an applicant and were either confused as to why they were being called or did not want to be listed as a reference. The reviews below certainly do not reflect the day-to-day operations of a company that has been in business for over a hundred years.
When an applicant applies, it is the job of this company to contact previous landlords and employers to verify their rental history and employment history comma that requires a phone call to the references that were provided by the applicant -

What is the DEAL?? I was getting two or three hang up calls per day from whatever this. Today, I finally answered the phone. After a couple of seconds a person right out of the box, asks, "if I own my home". I responded NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS and DO NOT ever call here again. Does anybody know what they are???!
